All sales are final. Once a payment is successfully submitted, it may not be cancelled or refunded. Auto Renewal or “Skip a box” must be turned off 5 business days prior to “next charge” date listed on your account to avoid future renewal charges. Bi-monthly subscription billing cycles begin when a Box opens. All annual and semi-annual subscriptions are paid in advance, and changing auto renewal status affects future renewal payments only.
Auto renewal can be turned off by selecting the subscription from your account, unchecking the box next to auto renew, selecting the reason for turning off your auto renewal, and clicking save changes.
